What is a trailer for hire?
A mobile hire unit enables you to pull together an event at short notice. You can leave the vehicle requirements to us while you devote your time to creating a great exhibition or show. Exhibition trailers are used by many of our clients as a stand or base at both large-scale productions and smaller events. They can be equipped with a seating area, stage set up with lighting or a demo area, to enable you to attract visitors to your trailer and provide enough space for your presentations or information.
Why hire a mobile unit?
Many clients use these for industry roadshows and other large events, and we have provided specialist hire vehicles to customers including high-street pharmacists and specialist property consultants, as well as a range of public sector clients, local authorities and other organisations. Hired trailers and specialist motorised vehicles can be branded and colour-coded in a similar way to a purchased vehicle and we can provide the specifications you need for your project. The benefits of hiring over buying include reduced costs, no need to store the vehicle between uses, and an opportunity to dip your toe in the water of using an exhibition vehicle without the investment needed to purchase one. Mobile unit & trailer variations
For smaller units, you can try hiring one of our 3m trailers, and we offer 4.2m, 5.4m and also 7m options. Trailers come with a range of features. The Diplomat 7M trailer is an impressive choice and comes with a low stage area, shaped pull-out canopy, lighting, carpet tiles, modular furniture and air conditioning. The Regent 7.0M is a trailer and mobile stage in one unit. The Executive comes in a 5.4M and 4.2M version and is perfect for exhibitions or hospitality uses where there is a limited amount of space for each stand. Features include fully opening doors, lighting, TV/video, carpet tiles and fitted seating. The Select comes in a 4.2M or 5.4M version, depending on your needs, and includes a four-metre front canopy. For smaller units, it’s worth looking at our Showmaster 3.6M option, which is perfect for smaller events or where the budget is restricted.
The Showman 3.0M is also great where space is limited and enables you to tow the vehicle yourself if needed.
